Q: You're out of stock. When will items be back?

The banner at the top of the page has the latest restock info. I try to restock about every 3 weeks. Sometimes it is less, sometimes more. 

 

Q: How much is shipping? How long before I receive my item?

Shipping starts at $3.50 for card holders, $5 for ears, and $7.25 for blankets. All items are ready-to-ship (unless stated otherwise) and will be mailed the next business day. I ship via USPS First Class mail (blankets via Priority), which generally takes 2-5 business days, but is not guaranteed. If you have a trip coming up or need your items by a certain date, please send me a message through the Contact Me page. 

 

Q: What size/how many cards can your card holders fit?

Card holders will fit 15-20 business cards or 6-8 IDs/credit cards. They are about half an inch larger than a standard credit card.

 

Q: Will your ears fit adults and kids?

My ears have been tested on both adults and children as young as age 3. For smaller kids (age 5 and below), I recommend letting me know as I will size down the ears a bit to make them more proportional for a child.

 

Q: How do I care for my new items?

Card holders, zip pouches, and cosmetic bags can be washed on gentle/handwash setting and line/air dried. You may use a low iron (avoid the button and elastic on card holders).

Wristlets can be spot cleaned with mild soap and line dried.

Ears should not be washed and should not be left in extreme heat.

Blankets can be machine washed on cold, tumble dry low. Do not iron!
